All SYSTHERMS furnaces are equipped with an option for remote access. Whereas modems are still today used as a standard, the connection via Internet (Ethernet) is becoming increasingly popular. 

This external option enables us to detect failures and possibly problematic components - either to instruct the operator on self-help or to prepare service calls efficiently.

Even program updates are possible this way, so that visits of our softare engineers become unnecessary. 

All you have to provide is an analogue telephone line or an Internet connection (reasonably with firewall).
